Yoga

Hot Yoga

All Levels – Expect a class taken in a room heated to 35-42 degrees C with 50 % humidity This practice consists of the same series of 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises. Bring a towel and plenty of water.

Yoga Sculpt

All Levels – Expect a Vinyasa class with familiar postures but with the option of adding light weights. An energising practice that builds strength and tones. 

Ashtanga Fusion

All Levels – Expect a dynamic class based on the Ashtanga sequence but with freedom to introduced practiced and postures not included in the primary series. A little bit of everything; sun salutations, standing and floor poses, twists and balances!

Dynamic Flow

Not suitable for absolute beginners – Expect a strong practice that integrates foundations and techniques required to develop more complex poses like inversions, backbends and arm balances. Challenging but fun, will certainly progress your practice to the next level.

Hot Hatha

All Levels – Expect traditional asana with some sun salutations, deep breathing and mindfulness. Good class for beginners as well as yogis wishing to revisit the basics and foundational poses. Practiced in a heated studio.

Restorative Yoga

Smooth Flow

All Levels – Expect a 45-minute vinyasa class practiced in a warm room. Move through poses with fluidity and focus Perfect for end of week aching muscles and as a pre – Yin session.

Yin Yoga

All Levels – Expect a meditative practice where poses are held for longer periods of time. Release and relax.

Pilates

All levels – Expect a Pilates workout with added resistance and weights. The class is designed to strengthen muscles creating overall tone and definition. Practiced in a heated studio.

All Levels – Expect a dynamic workout that combines the benefits of mat Pilates, barre and low impact cardio. Modifications are provided to suit all abilities. Practiced in a heated studio.

Expect a low impact, full body workout that combines elements of yoga, Pilates and strength training through low weight, high repetition movement. Aiming for muscle fatigue, this class will improve your strength, flexibility and endurance.

Fitness

All Levels – Expect a high intensity cardio session that will raise your heart rate. Scalable to all levels of fitness and applicable to all sports. Get the work done.

All Levels – Expect a full body weights focused workout. Movements with dumbbells will improve muscle strength, bone density and cardiovascular fitness.
